“I have bought many differing pairs pairs of these slippers over the years & have been very happy as reordering shows.
Unfortunately this pair has been incorrectly made the tops have been attached to the incorrect soles”

We're very sorry to hear that this particular pair wasn't up to the high standard you've come to expect from us. From your description, it does sound as though there may have been a manufacturing error where the uppers were attached to the wrong soles, and we sincerely apologise for this.
This is certainly not typical of our products, and we'd like the opportunity to put things right. Please contact our Customer Care team with your order details and, if possible, a photo of the slippers. We'll be happy to investigate and arrange a suitable resolution as quickly as possible.
