“I've been buying Bedroom Athletics slipper boots for years. Absolutely love them. They are so soft, warm and comfy. It's difficult to find a full slipper that's not granny-fied but the slipper boots hit the spot. The only problem is once you've tried them no other slipper will do.”
“The product is excellent and, in itself merits five stars at this price point. My reason for giving only three stars is the fact that these were originally purchased as a size larger which proved to be a little too big. I returned them and asked for an exchange to be then told that I need to accept a refund for the original purchase and re-order from scratch. All well and good but this then means I pay postage to return slippers that were too large and then pay more postage to have some delivered that fit. Not the manufacturers fault but not mine either as you cannot first try things on when buying from distance sellers. The extra postage makes the cost of the slippers £50 which, in my view, makes them cost a tad more than they are worth. I’ve regularly bought these as gifts at Christmas and this lack of give and take on exchanges means I’m unlikely to do so again.”
