However I am disappointed in product. First order arrived and was far too small, despite being my usual size for all pairs of shoes I own. Seemed odd but I returned them and bought a pair in the next size up (so a size bigger than usual). They are too big. By this point I just needed a pair of slippers and have managed, though they flip flop a bit. The pompom has fallen off within 10 days, and fallen to pieces. I presume the original order in the colour I actually wanted had the wrong size label sewn in which is a shame.”
