I never opened see-through inside plastic bag as I could see soles were not as deep and firm as required.The colour looked as websites photo and inside slipper looked cosy. I ordered from 2 Shoe firms, decision was to buy from the other firm as their Slipper Shoe had a firmer deeper sole.I paid Bedroom Athletics delivery £3.95 plus returns £3.95”
