I dont feel any different but I've only had it a week and I've been chronically stressed for 5 yrs so it may take a while before I feel any benefits. I dont regret buying it. It hasn't left my wrist apart from showering etc. Im a believer in the healing of nature. Maybe after a month or so I'll really see how its helped.”
