“Hello there - I’m afraid I cannot write a review for the grounding rod as it was a gift for my son. (I have had to rate to be able to submit ) BUT I can leave a review for my grounding sheet , my husband and I are both sleeping much better , even if I wake early the quality of sleep is so improved - just an all round better wellness feeling !
