“Not sure if it's this board or the whole balancing pad foam concept.but there's barely any wobble or imbalance, so meaning there's barely any balancing involved.it feels largely no different than balancing on a flat ground. The foam sinks in and then becomes stiff.So don't end up balancing anything.Maybe product is only for elderly with severe balancing issues, but probably not for the sports orientated in mind training customers.Pity as i was hoping to avoid using a balancing board due to the noise. and was hoping this product this concept would work.As far as product build quality goes, seems okish. Just sadly doesn't seem to work as i had imagined.”
