“I never leave Amazon reviews but thought I had to for this. I've had the matt for 5 days during the Coronavirus lockdown and have performed 5 workouts on it. It is totally useless for doing body weight workouts. The squares very easily disconnect from each other and I would have thought it could handle a couple of burpees. Unless I am blind the only purpose I can see this matt being useful for is for having a treadmill or piece of machinery on top of. Even still, the metal clip of my cap has cut holes into it already so that says a lot...”
