“I just used the rope fitness twice, then the rope of one handler fell off and the small balls around were all gone. I hope the seller can tell me how to deal with this situation.”
“After a month of use, the wiring on the black rope became exposed in multiple places and part of the wire frayed causing it to get caught on my clothes. Used inside only. Don’t buy!!Update-the entire rope broke in half after normal use. As you can see I tried to still use it and wrapped the fraying edges. Your company should be ashamed they’re putting out such a terrible product!!”
