“I bought this as we have a water bottle from the same company and we like the design and it does okay as water bottle. We both drink a lot of tea and yerba and I thought we could up our experience by having tea infuser with us on the go to work or while travelling. THIS PRODUCT TURNED OUT TO BE SO USELESS!It does not say in the description that the strainer can only be connected to metal cup. Therefore if you want to infuse your tea you need to have metal cup in and then swap for plastic cup to drink it easily while...you have a wet tea leaves dripping water...where to put... ? Eeerm... How should it work???? What am I supposed to do with the leaves and strainer and dry it out on my way to work? Where to put metal strainer with cup? What's the point of having easy access drinking cup for your warm beverage if you can't infuse tea at the same time and need changing? I'm returning it. Haven't even tried to use it. I'm just disappointed.”
“Ich war mit dem Bag auf Kanutour und bin gekentert. Leider war das Bag trotz sachgemäßem Verschluss NICHT WASSERDICHT. Ich habe es dreimal gerollt. Man merkt auch bei leichtem Druck, dass Luft entweicht. Für Spritz Wasser ok, aber Elektrogeräte oder Geldbörse wurde ich dem Beutel nicht mehr anvertrauen.”
“Bei der Flasche fehlen Teile und es sind deutlich Mundabdrücke zu sehen. Leider reagieren weder Verkäufer noch Hersteller auf meine Nachrichten somit geht die Flasche zurück.”
“Hundred percent leak proof.. but the lids doesn’t even fit on the bottle tidy and 100% does leak. Had the bottle less than 24 hours and returning straightaway.. the reason I purchased this bottle is because I had one previously made by this company that rusted within a couple of months. Really did hope it would be better the second time round as it was really good product intill it started to rust inside. Shame”

“?? Bei der ersten Bestellung war das Gewinde eines Verschlusses defekt. Retour.Beim zweiten Mal fehlte der Verschluss mit Trinkhalm komplett. Genau diesen wollte mein Kind haben. Wieder Retour.Der Aufwand des Umtauschs steht nicht im Verhältnis. Zur Funktionsweise und Qualität an sich, kann ich leider nichts sagen.Eine dritte Bestellung gibt es nicht.”
