“Puzzle mat has sat in my living room since beginning of the pandemic for a few years under bench/stepper and home entry level barbells and dumbbells. After days under the 50kg barbell the mat recovers its shape. The back of the mat generally does not slip on the hard floor, maybe a little when jumping on it. When I am performing an aerobic fitness movements I use another softer yoga kind of mat on top of the puzzled mat. Very happy with it, very good quality, has exceeded my expectations.”
