“I bought this matt to use as "flooring" for my bike trainer ( I expected it to be resistant since there is a picture of gym equipment over it in the product description ). Although it reduced the noise level it got deformed in the first use, so I would NOT recommend putting heavy things over it.As off a general use ( for example, exercise matt/LIGHTWEIGHT equipment ), this is definitely a good product.”
