“It's easy to use however it needs a few more pieces to make it bigger as it's still not large enough when jumping about doing aerobics on it. It's ok in terms of comfort but again could be a little more padded. I think over the course of about a year I suspect the interlocking grooves will end up breaking with the force of jumping around on it, however this is an assumption as I've only had the item a few weeks. I'm a bit surprised by the fact that with trainers on the mat seems slippery and does not offer a lot of grip.”
