“Bought this to leave underneath noisy cycle turbo trainer and the mat does a great job in dampen of vibration and noise transmissions. The trainer has left some imprints on the mat that appear to not return fully flat but I am not worried about it as this is its sole function for me. The fact that I can trim it down to needed size and use even as a double layer (as in photo) Is and added bonus. I would recommend this to those looking for a bit ofa more sturdy mat compared to the usual yoga/trainer mats.”
“Quick and easy to put down. Only downside is that they do slide a bit on wooden floor. But has worked great for my dog with a partial cruciate ligament tear!”

“Great quality and easy to assemble. My only issue is that they do not grip the floor well.I purchased the mats for my punch bag area. The mats are against walls on two sides but the sides where they are not held in they come apart easily.Because of this simple problem, they are not fit for purpose. I will have to find a solution to stop the mats from slipping or purchase much larger ones.What a shame.”
