“Die Matten dämmen den Lärm und man läuft gut drauf.Nun zu den negativen Punkten:- Die Matte braucht auf der Unterseite einen Antirutschbelag. So rutscht man damit hin und her.- Die Randstücke halten Null! Am besten alle Verbindungspunkte mit Klebeband abkleben.- Für Boxen oder Kampfsport meiner Meinung nach NICHT geeignet! Ich hab nur geboxt und mich logischerweise auf der Matte bewegt. Das hält nicht!Für Fitnessräume, Yoga oder nur zum Anschauen sind die Matten bestimmt brauchbar.”
“Bought this to leave underneath noisy cycle turbo trainer and the mat does a great job in dampen of vibration and noise transmissions. The trainer has left some imprints on the mat that appear to not return fully flat but I am not worried about it as this is its sole function for me. The fact that I can trim it down to needed size and use even as a double layer (as in photo) Is and added bonus. I would recommend this to those looking for a bit ofa more sturdy mat compared to the usual yoga/trainer mats.”
“Mir gefallen die Matten; ich habe sie für meinen privaten Tanz- und Gymnastikraum gekauft. Sie isolieren gut den Schall nach unten. Es waren allerdings zu viele Randstücke dabei, da könnte man evtl etwas effizienter sein, die nun übrig bleiben. (ich habe die Matten 2x3m zusammen gesteckt) Ansonsten sehr zufrieden.”

“Quick and easy to put down. Only downside is that they do slide a bit on wooden floor. But has worked great for my dog with a partial cruciate ligament tear!”
