“Easy and quick to install and after two months of use they seem to be very rugged.Also provide a great surface for fitness activity such as yoga, aerobic activity (for example dance) and gym work with weights. However, if heavier equipment such as a bench is to be used, or you are wearing anything other than soft or very light training footwear, I would recommend using an additional gym matt on top as I think in time these puzzle matts could get damaged.”
