“Right out of the box, my copy arrived damaged. There’s a lot of fraying all around the pad, and the base has a small cut. (I submitted photos but not sure why it doesn’t show)
I didn’t try the pad for too long because of this, but it seemed good quality otherwise. It’s really plush, so if you dig into the pad a lot, you might want to try the other Zowie pads to avoid inconsistency.
