“This was actually the 2nd Zowie XL2566 monitor we have purchased. The first one through a different online company. The 2nd one was through same online company only to discover that one had already been opened and a shipping label had been covered to try and hide the fact that it was already returned. We immediately set up the return of that and went directly to BenQ website. Thankfully the monitor we wanted was in stock.
The checkout process was fast. Email confirmation of order was received within 5 minutes of purchase. In the email it stated that shipping would be 5-7 business days. The order was placed on a Saturday and that following Monday I had received an email stating the order shipped. The original delivery day was for Sunday the following weekend but it came a day early.
The monitor has since been used everyday. The packaging was great. Everything had its own spot and was in a box or sealed bag with heavy duty styrofoam all around. The monitor itself set snug in the bottom of the box. This was some of the best packaging we have seen for any monitor. Setup was easy and fast. You have the option to use the side panels or not, this does not affect the monitor being used. The Zowie XL2566 fits nicely on a monitor mount or the stand that is provided. The quality is great. My son has older BenQ monitors and they are still working great. We will definitely purchase directly from the BenQ website in the future.”
