NMN Dosage
As a dietary supplement take 0.5 to 1 gram (one to two level scoops) daily.
Recommended daily dosages:
Take 500mg if weight= 60kg and Age 50 years old
Take 1000mg if weight =90kg and Age >50 years old

NMN Directions
Place under tongue or cheek and gums and allow to dissolve for at least 10+ seconds.
NOTE: NMN has a tarte, slightly salty taste.
