“I’d purchased this product in a little store in FL and fell head over heels for it! I decided, once home, to purchase several online for friends. The products arrived from the online store a week later stuffed into plastic sleeves (rather than the cute little informative box that I’d bought in the store). This particular product needs proper packaging bc it’s not well known and without a box, also makes a poor presentation as a gift. I contacted customer service and was told that some wholesalers have boxes for this product but I wouldn’t be given any. I wish I’d known to not expect the cute box, or that customer service would be so unwilling to help. Not a great first purchase experience to say the least.”
