“Size on the Medium was great for my man, but needed the sleeves about 1 inch longer. Exchanging for a Large just so sleeves will work. Great shirts have purchased at Derm’s office and did get Large. Same price and definitely easier to exchange. No return shipping costs had I purchased locally.”
