Thanks for taking the time to write your review, I really appreciate you bringing this up so we can make this more clear in our product description.
We don't supply the mounting bolts as every deck/transom is different and varying thicknesses, so rather than supplying a "standard" size that might not work for you, you can purchase these separately to specifically suit your boat.
If you have a chance, I'd love if you can write us another review once the arms have been installed and in use, we'd love to see the set up!
