I do apologise that the product you received does not match the image on our website. I have referred this to our customer service department in order for the correct image/s to be uploaded and the brand double-checked.
We really appreciate you letting us know about this so that we can fix it. Were you able to fit this thermostat into your boiler and is it functioning correctly?
