“After receiving the chain counter replacement kit I disassembled the the anchor windlass only to find the alloy deck base fitting so corroded that it needed replacing. Adam at Boat Accessories Australia was so helpful to the point of rushing the order through and getting it on airfreight even though I was late getting back to him to confirm the order.
