Hi Ryan, and thanks for taking the time to leave us a review. I'm sorry to hear the rod holder you received didn't match the website image. I'll double-check this product in our warehouse if I can, to see if there is a difference between the product and the images we have of it. If there is a difference we will correct that. If they look the same, another possibility is that it was a picking error (slim, but can't be ruled out). If its easy for you to send me a pic of the rod holder (e.g. if your boat is stored at your house) then please do that as then I can identify if that was the issue or not.
In this situation we would always encourage customers to contact us as soon as you receive the product if it appears significantly different to the image on our site, so that we can replace it for you.
