“I only bought the new valve because one of the fenders I bought from you leaked ....when I pulled out the old valve to replace it I could see that it had been incorrectly/carelessly fitted with debris between the valve and the side of the hole in the fender causing the leak.”
Hi Ken, and thanks for taking the time to leave us a review. We're sorry to hear a fender you purchased from us had a valve that was incorrectly fitted. We don't fit the valves into the fenders ourselves, our supplier does that before they are shipped to us. If something like this occurs it's best to contact us straight away to let us know, so that we can replace the valve for you under warranty with our supplier. We'll advise our supplier of your feedback.
