I was concerned to hear you'd received 3 review requests from us in 24 hours, as this does not reflect the settings of our Review Email Sequence. I checked those again today, and they are:
- 21 days after an order is despatched, the first review request email is sent
- 7 days after that first email, a second email is sent reminding about the review request.
There's only 2 emails, 7 days apart. Would you be so kind as to forward us the three review request emails you received in 24hours, so we can investigate? Our email is cs@boataccessoriesaustralia.com.au

The cover you ordered was for a "Verado", is this what was your engine is? If not, I believe from the info you've supplied, the cover you need might be SKU: 1180502? We usually only accept returns of items within 30 days of shipment, but for this occasion I am happy to allow it. To return the item you received for a credit or refund please packaged carefully and send back to the PO box on your invoice.
