“Good hose for the money. Was an issue with my first one but they sent me out another without issue. If using it as a backyard hose, don't run the water at full pressure. This'll help it last longer. Instead just open up the tap a bit so you get a good amount of water out of it, but not full bore. Works great.”

“My experience with Boat Accessories Australia has been first class as far as service and hopefully refund for product . The item however was rubbish and instantly broke spraying water everywhere. I thought it would be too good to be true paying $35 for a product priced double or triple for a real unit, but also hoped that if your selling it , you back the quality.. No issues with BAA , they had it delivered in my hands same day and super responsive and understanding around replacement or refund .”
