As Per phone call , you must have bad electrolysis happening on your boat you may need an electrolysis Blocker ( galvanic isolator) fitted to your boat possibly need to get a marine electrician to check it out .
“Was reasonably easy to install without a special socket and now works perfectly. Good hint is to instal a tap in the cold water supply while HWS is empty.”
