“The box overall has sturdy frame work and practical application. However, I find the latch system to be inadequate as it's too short and rigid, and is susceptible to breaking. As this was obvious when my first box arrived with a broken catch. The door catches minutely with a small notched parrots beak, latching into a small recess. I can not complain with the customer service. Talking to Peter about the the problem was a pleasure. He arranged a replacement and a return parcel envelope and it arrived within two days. Thanks Peter for the satisfying service back-up. The new box latches great but I am wary.”
