“8 April I emailed you that it 'blew apart'. Could have copped blindness or facial injury. Threaded cap blew off, bits everywhere and still can't find the spring. Took 2 days to find the clear washer. Can't use the darn' thing”

As per phone call we will be happy to replace I will need the picture e-mailed to me so I can Advise our Supplier of the issue , as I said to you we have sold lots of these and some to goverment organisations , without any issues .
