I'm in Physical Therapy to strengthen my core, my legs, arms, etc. to better my gait and mobility. I talked to my therapist (who is a Dr. of PT & Sports Med.) first & had her look at the website. She agreed it might be worth a try to work w/at home.
When I got it, I tried. It was too much, just doing the basics ! I was sick for 3 days !
I took it to my next session: she tried it. She said it would give her a work out !
Much too strong for me ! She asked me about the Band Strengths ?
I told her that this was the Basic at 15lbs & I was ready to send it back.
She & another therapist [w/o changing the BodyGym] was able to add another band to it so that I may still use it & eventually work up to the strength of YOUR band.
You need to add a lower strength band AND make the bands interchangeable so that that bands can be purchased as needed.
