“I mainly purchased the gym bar for my youngest 17yr old daughter, because she has a hip dysplasia in both of her hips & I have lupus sle, RA. We're both somewhat limited only able to do low impact excercises. So she uses a stationary bike at home & now the body gym bar. It's easy for us to do the chair versions, if she or I are hurting & not being able to stand/floor excercises. The body gym allows her to work the upper body, stomach, side's & when capable; lower body as well. Shes just recently started using the body gym, but I'm more than confident that this will be money well spent.
