“I feel the videos are old but do a good job on explaining the exercise. I think starting out with a more resistant band would be more useful. I have to roll the red band just below the knees to get any resistance because I am only 5 ft. tall. I'm not sure how long the red ban will be useful before I have to go to a stronger band. It seems like a waste of money for red band.”
