“Very easy to set up and use. Purchasing via online was a bit tricky ... I thought I paid for "streaming" - i.e., online videos, but instead received one additional CD. I don't think I would have paid the extra $20 for a CD had I known. Otherwise, there was plenty of communication on the purchase, where it was, when it was expected to be delivered, etc. That was nice.”
