“I wanted to wait until I had really tried the Bodygym before writing a review. I have been using this for 1 month and I could not be happier. I use it almost every day and have lost 8 inches in total. I started by using the dvd which comes with the basic BG1000 package. I especially like the workout with Marie which shows you how to go from beginner to advanced. After 2 weeks I felt comfortable enough to do the exersizes without the dvd. You can seriously use this anywhere! The exersizes are simple but majorly effective. My biggest loss was on my back which lost 4 inches and is now beach beautiful. You can transition from one exersize to another with ease and do as little or as many as you wish. The only thing I would change is that after a while the stick on exersize guide becomes a little worn other than that, totally amazing!!”
