“Like many customers, I found this while watching MO's infomercial for the BG. At first I was a little hesitant, but thought, why not? I can always return it if I'm not satisfied. When it came I was surprised to find the bar of good quality. Yeah I know its made in China, but it is a well made plastic bar. I didn't give many stars on the durability part of this review simply because even though the bands seem durable I haven't had it long enough to say how well it will hold up during all these work outs. Should it last out, and I'm hoping it will, I will send in another review. The beginning work outs are easy to do and includes information on how to do more, longer, harder workouts. So, it really does work as advertised. Body Gym makes shopping easy and ships this wonderful package quickly. I really like the Body Gym and am glad I bought it. I can do it any time I want within my schedule and take it with me wherever I go. I had to try it and you should too!”
“It's been a week and I love it ! It is easy to assemble , easy to use and I find myself picking up the bar doing the exercises while just sitting at my desk , or watching a commercial . It is design for all level from little intensity to heavy. This simple bar is effective . I noticed the core workout immediately . It's so simple we miss it. DON'T SLEEP ON IT !!!!!”
“I am very satisfied with it, But yesterday I fell on my back for the 3rd time, I am in severe pain and can't exercise right now. I am 64, and I lost 70 lbs on Nutrisystem. But in the winter I gained a lot back. I don't know if I should send it back or not Last time it took a long time for my back, I truly did like the exercising.”
“I don’t like your video at all. It goes into the next exercise without Giving you time to get started on the next exercise. I don’t want to be going from one exercise to the other and have to keep my controller in my hand to put it on hold. I also don’t like it going from the female to the Male one doing one thing and one than the other. It’s very hard to follow. I had to keep the controller on hold and watch it for a second to see what she’s doing before I have to go back and start all over again. This is very disappointing. You should have a video for beginners, intermediate, And advanced and then one for me men. You need a start to finish video. This part I am very disappointed in.”
