“The Bodygym itself is wonderful - easy to put together, easy to use, upper and lower body exercises are easy yet effective. I, however, can do without Marie Osmond. My kit came with two instructional dvds; one hosted by Marie, the other fitness professionals. I made the mistake of watching Marie's first. It does not provide full instructions on how to perform exercises, the lower body is not shown so you don't know where to put the straps or feet. All she does is crack ridiculous jokes that only she finds funny and I lost track of how many times she said awesome. So unhappy with the dvd it took me 2 months to watch the other one. It is excellent. All exercises and variations clearly explained and demonstrated. DO NOT bother watching Marie's dvd. Even the decals of exercises with Marie on them are poor. She is wearing dark sweats and sneakers so you can't see if the foot straps are on or off. If you can buy the Bodygym without her associated with it do so.”
