“This is a great idea. Unfortunately for me it didn’t work. I am 71 and I’m trying to build my strength up. I ordered this Body gym with the hope of doing this this. Unfortunately I was not strong enough to raise the bar at the bands over my head or to any position shown. A lighter tension band would be great but body gym doesn’t make them. Perhaps I’ll look around and see if I can find the same diameter with the lighter tension.”
“The loop foot straps are somewhat cumbersome and dont care fo those sitting exercises that require you to sit on the soft tubular piece. After doing only a few basic moves the first day, I pulled a muscle in my shoulder and shoulder blade.Still sore six days later., this is very unusual and frustrating for me. Now I have to wait to proceed with many of the moves. Will give it another chance, but if have issues again, will be returning it.”
“I like it a lot. There is one big problem with the stickers for the bar they are not strong enough to stay on the bar. I have stronger tape for my card making.”
“I have arthritis & just had a hip replacement. Cant get on the floor or get to gym to exercise. Was looking for something to help me increase upper & lower body strength - This is fast and easy so I don't dread doing it & its not in the closet with other exercise things I bought. I can do the lower body exercises on the bar using a chair safely 6 weeks after hip replacement. I'm glad to have something to build strength & get back to work.”
