“Bought one for my use a couple of years ago. When my son seriously hurt his foot, requiring extensive surgery, he was confined to a recliner for 7 months. Gave him my BodyGym because it could be used sitting. It helped him keep his upper strength strong. He eventually used it for full body workouts when he was still easing back into walking. I felt rigorous effects Day 1 and am therefore inspired to use daily and often multiple times a day.
