“ITS BEEN 2 MONTHS ONCE I PLACED THE ORDER ,I PHONED THEM TO FIND THE ORDER THEY CLAIMED THE ORDER WAS RECIEVED THEY SENT A PHOTO OF THE SIGNATURE THAT COULD HAVE BEEN DONE BY MY 14 MONTH OLD .THEY STILL REFUSE TO REFUND OR REPLACE AND THEY WONT ANSWER THE PHONE OR EMAILS ANYMORE. I FOUND THE BOLTS WERE AVAILABLE IN A LOCAL SHOP AND STILL THEY WONT ANSWER OR REFUND.”

Not quite right.
1. Order was delivered 14th Oct
2. Our phones work and are answered 5 days a week between 7.30am and 5pm
3. We always reply to emails
4. Aust Post confirmed the parcel was delivered, you then contacted us, we lodged an enquiry and never heard back so assumed problem was resolved
5. We never refuse to refund or resend
