“The 3/8" x 1" bolts and matching nuts were in separate clear plastic bags, within a standard lightweight plastic mailing bag. The bolts were actually loose in the outer bag when I took delivery. It appeared as if the small inner plastic bag was defective, as the bottom seam was completely open, while the ziplock top was still closed. The bolts may have torn the bottom open, during transit, but the bottom seam showed no obvious sign of tearing. It was fortunate that the outer mailing bag was not torn.
