Washers being used on the underside to spread the compression force of the nut across a greater surface area of the underside of the fibre-cement sheet flooring, and to prevent any nuts from "digging in" to the fibre cement.
We have used same products in previous phase of this project and they were perfection.”
“These washers are fine for general use which for most is on the road or around the home. They are not suitable for marine use but Nuts and Bolts can provide a s/s A4 (also called marine grade 316). i have been unable to find a better source or supplier.”
