“Peelers work, but can cause injury and are less consistent with peeling. Cheese slicers work excellent. The mini Monaco is incredibly useful as a citrus peeler thanks to its small size. It looks less ridiculous than a regular sized slicer, so it fits nicely among my bartending tools. The peel comes out exactly right in thickness and width. Highly recommended.”
