Sorry to hear Botivo wasn't for you. We make Botivo with an aged apple cider vinegar so it can taste overpowering if you were to drink it neat. If mixed to the correct ratios however this shouldn't be the case. You need just 25ml of Botivo to 175ml soda water (that's 1:7) - think of it like a cordial, a little goes a long way. And then a juicy wedge of orange is essential for the garnish - it completes the drink!
