I was greatly impressed with the initial flavours and honestly, Botivo easily gave as much taste satisfaction as an alcoholic aperitif. I loved the pleasant cider vinegary aftertaste. The orange wedge squeezed was essential, and I chose London Essence’s Orange & Fig soda as my mixer. Wow!
