“We tried Botivo for the first time last night with ice and fever tree tonic water. I was a bit worried initially because when I opened the bottle I got a strong hit of apple cider vinegar, but actually it tasted wonderful. Quite complex and citrussy with a hint of bitterness. Will make evenings when when we are avoiding the booze a much more cheerful affair. I am pleased to find something that isn't pretending to be alcohol, just something delicious. I have never been able to find a satisfactory alcohol-free wine.”
