Lovely and refreshing served with Russian pink soda and Chinese mandarin orange slice - great fusion

I first tried this at Northcote restaurant and immediately bought a bottle, it is delicious and even just as a flavour in plain water. Very happy.

Botivo is tasty, but you need more than 25ml to make each drink - it's too weak at that concentration, and I'm just making it in a tumbler with soda, not a highball glass. More ml per drink means fewer drinks per bottle which makes it even more expensive, drink-for-drink – and it's already significantly pricier than other, similar alcohol-free options. I'll enjoy the rest of the bottle, and I love the branding and packaging so it's fun to have out in my kitchen, but I just can't justify repurchasing (maybe I would if it was around the £18-£20 mark). Perello olives are incredible, however – they'll spoil you for any other types of olive, so beware!
