“Hard to pull invoice from site. Once order is placed it doesn't show art for inside of box. I don't like how your gallery images show "BOXUP" logos on them. Because you sell direct, we'd like to only show our clients stock imagery on those boxes. Please remove your logos from the images on your website.”

“Hello, I was very excited when my boxes arrived last week, but I quickly became disappointment after opening the packages and inspecting the final product. Just before my complains, I want to say that the level of service and professionalism I experienced at every touch point when placing my order was exceptional. However the boxes I received show two main issues for me. Number one is the bleeding or smearing on some of the larger back side graphics. These are not small, they are noticeable at armâ€™s length and Iâ€™m just wondering if my expectation of having crisp and clean graphics was too high or maybe your quality standards low. I did send sample pictures to the following email address jessica@boxup.com, I hope those can be review by your department. Second problem is the registration on the cutting. Two sides of the box are off center by an average of 1/4â€. I never expected the cutting registration/alignment to be perfect, but 1/4â€ seems just beyond of what I consider acceptable. More than 60% of the job shows this problem. I did order some sample boxes before ordering my custom design, but the cutting registration seem to be within 1/8â€ which I consider normal. My boxes however, I repeat, show 1/4â€ in 2 sides and in a smaller percentage (10%) even more that. I would like to know if these type of issues are within your printing/service standards.
