“I love the box size and sturdiness. The photos I added looked fine in the proof, yet came out blurry and pixelated on the final product. This was not apparent when I added the photos to the design. In addition, the receipt of purchase only included a stamp sized picture of my order. I wish your quality department would have contacted me prior to printing. I plan to order again and hope to be able to prevent tragic print results in the next round. Thank you.”
We're sorry you are unhappy with the quality of your artwork, Ann Marie. However, it does appear that you were emailed multiple times by our art department about your artwork.
“The box-up website and products are great. Customer service is a bit less than stellar. I had an issue with a box delivery that was time sensitive. The box delivery was damaged in transit, and instead of a make-good for another order, they sent me another box a week later - too late for me to use it in my presentation. I now have two boxes that I can't use.
This was even after I explained that my appointment was the next day and too late to reorder. I am disappointed.”
