“Fist off, I love the boxes. We have been using them for years. The only reason you didn’t get 5 stars is because the royal mess you made when you lost the artwork. Artwork is expensive, getting an artist to repair the damage you did was time-consuming and costly. Never upgrade your systems if you can’t keep the data. I think you should have given even a small discount on my next order, but even though I spoke with your chat folks, NO ONE offered much help or anything else. If I wasn’t so busy I would have looked elsewhere. To keep loyal customers you have to give something back occasionally.”
